ResiFort (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of homeowners, buyers, and visitors (“you”) who interact with our website, tools, and services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have regarding your information.

ResiFort is a trade name of Candor Realty Investments AZ, LLC. Real estate brokerage services are provided through West USA Realty, Inc.

2.1 Information you provide directly

When you use our booking form, contact form, Exit Strategy Analyzer, or Exit Builder app, we may collect:

• Name, email address, phone number
• Property address and property-specific details (mortgage balance, rent, condition, timeline)
• Reason for contact and your preferred exit strategy goals
• Any additional information you voluntarily share during a consultation or via email

2.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit our site, we automatically collect:

• IP address, browser type, device type, operating system
• Pages viewed, time spent on pages, referring URL
• Interactions with our booking widget, forms, and downloadable resources

2.3 Information from third parties

If you book a consultation via Google Calendar Appointment Schedules, Google processes your name, email, phone number, and form responses per Google’s privacy policy. When we adopt our customer relationship management (CRM) platform (planned: GoHighLevel), lead data will be synced to that system under the same principles.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Schedule and conduct consultations about your property and exit strategy options
• Provide personalized analysis via the Exit Strategy Analyzer and Exit Builder tools
• Respond to inquiries and follow up on open matters
• Send transactional emails (booking confirmations, consultation reminders, document delivery)
• Send optional educational content (newsletter, creative finance insights) only if you’ve explicitly opted in
• Improve our website, tools, and service quality
• Comply with legal, regulatory, and brokerage obligations (Arizona Department of Real Estate, NAR Code of Ethics, West USA Realty broker policy)

4. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

• Brokerage operations: Licensed real estate activities require sharing transaction-relevant information with West USA Realty, Inc., title companies, escrow agents, and parties necessary to close the transaction.
• Service providers: We use third-party tools for hosting, email, analytics, scheduling, and CRM. These providers access data only as needed to perform their services.
• Legal compliance: We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or regulatory investigation.
• With your consent: Any other sharing happens only with your explicit permission.

• CRM & marketing automation — GoHighLevel (planned; not yet active)
• Email delivery — Gmail / Google Workspace, authenticated via resifort.com

We do not control how third parties handle your data outside of what they share with us. Please review their policies directly.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you reside, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Deletion: Request deletion of your information (subject to legal and brokerage retention requirements)

ResiFort services are intended for adults (18+) engaged in real estate transactions. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Significant changes affecting how we use your information will be communicated via email or prominent site notice.
